FYI – Regarding the Spanish Lakes concern/complaint process, the following explanation was first posted by park management in the park newsletter for 7/29/21 to 8/4/21: “In an effort to improve communication between the park management and residents, and to ensure timely responses, we have developed a new format for communication with your manager. All Parks now have an e-mail address for each park manager so residents can communicate directly. All e-mail communications will receive a response within 5 business days. This will be the fastest way to get a response. If you do not have e-mail, you may fill out a resident concern form. The resident concern forms can be picked up and submitted at the clubhouse desk. Resident concern form responses will be mailed back to the resident. Managers will not respond to verbal messages unless it is an emergency situation requiring immediate attention such as a water leak, sewer leak, fire etc.”
7/13/22 – Another option for registering a complaint or concern about a situation between you and park management is with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). While Wynne Building Corporation apparently isn’t a member organization and therefore have no BBB rating, complaints are publicly available on the BBB website.
