BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
March 12, 2026
- The meeting was called to order at 9:07am in the Auditorium.
- Attendance: Present – Bill Neal, Chuck Koons, Susan George, Doreen van Buren. Sandi Pierce was abent. No non-Board members attended.
- Approval of Minutes – Doreen moved to waive reading of the 2/12/26 minutes as all officers have reviewed them. Chuck seconded, and motion passed.
- Retaliation – Items ongoing. No additions
- Past Events – The February Dinner was put on by Jaime. Income from it was about $200
- Upcoming events
- The March Show Me the Money by Rolling Thunder will be on 3/12 from 7 to 9pm. Food will be prepared and sold by Sandi, John & Susan.
- March Monthly Dinner will be on 3/20. Sandi and Susan will be making an Irish dinner. We need to line up some helpers
- Presidents Meeting will be on March 25th @ 2pm. Bill and Sandi will attend. Question asked if all clubs attend. Bill said, only if they want to schedule an event.
- Next Members Meeting will be on 4/2 @ 7pm
- Next Board Meeting will be on 4/9 @ 9am.
- Chuck will not be hereSpring Fling will be on 4/11. We need help for it
- The Pool Party has been rescheduled yet again, and will be on 4/19
- Flea Market and Craft Fair was rescheduled for 5/2
- Old Business
- Wynne property condition – Issues continue
- Golf cart raffle – Approximately $6500 netted after the prize was awarded
- Car wash coupons – We changed the price to $15 but need to advertise the discount to sell the rest
- IRS communications – Received another letter with another 60 day delay
- Inspection issues – We’ll probably be having another round of inspections soon
- New Business
- Flag situation –
- We replaced the POW/MIA flag after Bill received a text from Sam stating that the HOA needed to replace it ASAP as it was in poor condition. Bill ordered a new one for around $30, and put it up. Chuck moved that we replace it annually or as needed. Susan seconded. All were in favor and the motion passed.
- Bill noted that the American flag was in significant disrepair and the flag pole is leaning. He advised Sam on March 3rd that the flag needs to be replaced and the pole straightened, but it hasn’t been done yet. Bill and Chuck will take pictures and post on Facebook and to send to Wynne management

Adjournment – Chuck moved to adjourn the public meeting. Doreen seconded. All were in favor and motion passed. Meeting was adjourned at 9:27am
